A new season, especially Fall, may bring a lot of change into your daily life. For example, a schedule change with back-to-school and sports obligations can be overwhelming some days!
On your mat, I invite you to pause and take a moment to FOCUS on the following:
- Where have I spent my energy in the first nine months of 2018? Does it serve my well being?
- Where can I best focus my time and energy for the last three months of the year (without running myself ragged)?
- Am I listening to my body? Am I giving it what it needs?
