Fall into Focus

A new season, especially Fall, may bring a lot of change into your daily life. For example, a schedule change with back-to-school and sports obligations can be overwhelming some days!

On your mat, I invite you to pause and take a moment to FOCUS on the following:

  • Where have I spent my energy in the first nine months of 2018? Does it serve my well being?
  • Where can I best focus my time and energy for the last three months of the year (without running myself ragged)?
  • Am I listening to my body? Am I giving it what it needs?

I hope this helps you reflect and possibly make the adjustments you need to finish the year strong, focused and healthy. See you on the mat.
